As we dive into the next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Team Manager to execute the bold sales strategy that will take us there.

What It Takes To Succeed In This Role

  • Experience and deep knowledge in the field of electrical materials trade in the Czech Republic. Proven track record of successful business cases in the electrical segment and B2B sales
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets with the help of negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience (ideally sales)Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (due to regular contact with foreign colleagues)
  • IT literacy and ability to use various new IT tools for workDriving licence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when it comes to the ability to negotiate (and therefore to listen) with a good sense of humour attached 😊
  • You feel comfortable managing your time dedicating it to customers visits and administrative tasks. Your level of English must enable you to understand documentation, as our software is in English
  • A winning attitude that matches our ambitionsCustomer centric approach
  • Team spirit: although the work is largely autonomous, we believe in real partnerships, not just with customers, but with our team

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Setting regional sales targets, compiling sales plans and ensuring the execution
  • Leading the regional sales team and monitoring and managing their performance
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics and taking relevant action to ensure achievement of targets
  • Reporting regional sales and forecasts
  • Managing regional partner performance
  • Ensuring implementation and application of effective sales methods, processes, systems and tools in their region
  • Training and supporting regional sales team to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participating in the segment sales team and contributing to achievement of segment sales targets
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the country
