Key Account Manager – Poland
Key responsibilities
- Managing key clients – building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Acquiring new customers – identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- Negotiating commercial terms – handling price, discount, delivery and cooperation terms.
- Providing technical consulting – offering expert-level support in selecting and implementing electrotechnical solutions.
- Market monitoring – analyzing trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Achieving sales targets – planning and executing strategies to increase revenue.
- Order process coordination – collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and production departments.
- Preparing offers and reports – developing sales documentation and performance analysis.
- Representing the company – attending trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical field
- Polish at native level and excellent English
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience closing deals and managing key accounts
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Confident in technical consulting and delivering tailored solutions
