What you will be doing:

Keeping Things Organized: Manage reports, sales contracts and key documentation
Supporting the Team: Oversee and coordinate our 12-person sales team
Managing Tasks & Deadlines: Maintain calendars and plan work schedules
Customer & Partner Communication: Handle outstanding receivables and ensure seamless interactions with clients
Pricing & Budgeting: Update customer price lists and support budget management

What we are looking for:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in commercial or sales operations is a plus
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel, building databases and creating complex reports
Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
English proficiency at minimum B1 level
