We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our busy team, whose task is to ensure smooth sales support organization.

What you will be doing:

Daily support of the sales team
Processing orders and invoices
Coordinating cooperation with various parties
Preparing and submitting reports
Maintaining databases and updating price lists
Participating in marketing activities

What we are looking for:

You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales support
You are an active communicator, you know how to listen and contribute
You have very good computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM)
In addition to Estonian, you also have a very good command of English
Russian is an advantage
You are correct, fast and precise
